Neat they have a boys and girls club in Russia! I don't see any alcohol, I don't see anyone obviously high, don't see anyone getting a bj in the corner. I see American kids this age with less clothing hanging with their mom and at the grocery story. Please help me out and let me know why i should be outraged.

y'all need some history lesson. Though People of Rus share much of their cultural past with Mongols of Khan, that was ripped apart by the Peter the Great who transformed his great Empire of Russia from the mongoloid past and into the age of Enlightenment that is Europe. Russia can be seen as Euroasia since much of it's land occupies the East, but there can be no doubt that Russia is Europe by cultural and historical relevance.

Age of consent in Canada was increased to 16 in2008. before that it was 14, in 1890 it was increased from 12. Yikes!

There is a special rule for explotation, (porn/prostitution) and that age is 18.

There is a subset of rules for teenages so they can fuck each other.

Youth 12 or 13 years of age can consent to nonexploitative sexual activity with peers when the age difference is no more than two years. For example, a 12-year-old child is deemed capable of consenting to sexual activity with a 14-year-old, but not a 15-year-old.

Youth 14 or 15 years of age can consent to nonexploitative sexual activity when the age difference is no more than five years. For example, a 15-year-old can consent to having sexual intercourse with a 20-year-old, but not with a 21-year-old.

Go do a quick google search for "teen camwhore" before you get too morally outraged by russian shennanigans.

Is the outrageous thing that child prostitution exists, or that it exists openly? Because if it's the former you don't have to go all the way to russia to be outraged.
