We used to go to one when I was a teen in the suburbs of Detroit in the late 80s, Westland I think it was. It was called Grandie Ballroom or some shit. (Not the Historic Grandie Ballroom in Detroit) But they closed it down because too many fights were breaking out. But yeah, this shit exists in the states as well, or used to.
