The solution would either be, higher food costs, or self serve restaurants. I imagine high end restaurants and some mid/high end chain restaurants would force grat on customers regardless of size, but that ties into higher food cost.

Also, I have worked a lot of jobs, military, concession stands, bagger, car salesman, busser, waiter, desktop support, it manager, to now it director. Busser was the worst, waiter was second. I would only work in the food industry if I was desperate for a job.
