New Gundam series is pretty solid so far. Based on a timeline where Char steals the original Gundam, Amuro seemingly never becomes a pilot, and Zeon wins the war as a result.

Most modern societies have determined that depicting child-like bodies in a sexual nature is kind of just wrong. Japan's 1000 year old dragon in a kid's body loophole is being examined (correctly) by countries who think you shouldn't sexualize children or those with child-like attributes.

F'n hilarious.

If this leads to Texas flat out outlawing MAPS people it will be the biggest net good that Anime has ever produced.

And I love anime.

I just got a chance to watch Monday's Sword of the Demon Hunter. I really liked it. Completely different type of story this time around. And it shows his age. Top tier implied story telling there.

Yeah not what I expected from the show - slow build up and interesting where this will lead to.

I always thought this was going to be your typical MC-gets-more-OP revenge anime.

And holy fuck is this show fucking amazing.

Shiunji Family has become my favorite show from the spring season. Not sure what it is about it but it's very relaxing and kind of soothing. I don't watch much slice of a life stuff so maybe they are all like that, but the lack of explosions and 15 minute battle sequences has made it enjoyable. Also it's almost wholesome, almost, they learn in the first episode they are all adopted. So the show is mostly about the girls coming to terms with their feelings for the guy they thought was their brother, and said brother trying to maintain the feeling and thoughts of being their brother and a family. Not to see them as "women".

the end of episode 12 twist makes me want season 2 right now.

What in the actual ass did Gundam GQuuuuuuX turn into lol

So the psycommu event at the end of CCA spawned an alternate timeline in which Amuro killed Char instead of Lalah during the Battle of Solomon, and Lalah’s grief over Char’s death caused another psycommu event that resulted in a collapsing series of alternate timelines where she tries and fails to save Char, culminating in the GQuuuuuuX timeline with Machu and Nyaan preventing the reset and Lalah and Shuji going back to the original alternate timeline.

Whole thing seemed like a waste of time when they could just quit dicking around and animate Crossbone.

For those who may have been sleeping on it, Teogonia wrapped up its first season. Pretty good story so far. Very light on the isekai, though that will probably come into play more if this gets a 2nd season.
