One thing that was dumb about The Burn is I think the Romulans don't even use dilthium - they used microscopic black holes to power their warp drives

Look, expecting the writers to know anything about the lore of what they are writing is clearly unreasonable, and probably racist.

Yeah something like that. We have the Star Trek Roku channel on in the background (along with Stargate channel) and just a couple of days ago the Season 6 episode “Timescape” came on where they’re stuck in a time loop because some alien lifeform lives inside the point singularity powering the Warbird.

Is Picard S2 worth watching?

I've determined that I did indeed see the end of S1 and stopped after that. It'd be a little weird to jump to S3 where all the actual good TNG content is, unless S2 is very skippable. It's short, at least. Also I still have like 35 DS9 episodes so I shouldn't even be thinking about this for a while.
the entirety of picard is ass, save for a few sprinklings of Q, in s3

The only good Jake episode was when he committed suicide.

and was played by Worf's brother

Oh yes, that was a good one - took me a bit to get into that one every time because /it is Jake the character/ and by then you just loath anything that has to do with Jake.

and I guess it was suicide ... if you want to phrase it that way
