In regards to why mods are being taken down on Nexus for any character besides Eve it's because being short is problematic and being referenced as a younger sibling is problematic.
LL commenter: "I directly asked to a Nexus staff member, it is "dertermined that she's child-like character and according to UK laws, no nudity will be allowed on Nexus Mods". That's all. "
Which leads to them only being done by patreon modders, which get taken down from other sites because they are paid-for mods and they want to respect copyright.

Stellar Blade sequel on the way. New main character, and uses fist weapons instead of swords. Not sure how I feel about the new main character, because she looks like a kid. From the back, and just body-wise, she's like a petite woman which is great. However every time they show her face, I'm like "how old is she supposed to be?" because she looks about 13 in some of these shots. Combine that with her short stature and... ehhh. Other times she doesn't look as much like a kid. Maybe the game takes place over a long period of time so you play as her as a young teenager and also as an older teenager. I don't know.
Also, the visuals in this look incredible. Like Death Stranding 2 level graphical detail and fidelity. One of those things that's gonna make me glad I got the PS5 Pro.

Shift-Up is publishing the sequel themselves rather than Sony, which is why it was at SGF and not State of Play. So there is a good chance this gets a PC launch day one.
The character designer definitely has a type going from Lily to Evie and there are already twitter fights over her depiction. Narrative being painted that Laufey defenders are the Evie haters.

Yea, she has a baby face, and it was probably modeled off another Korean model, just like Eve and then modified a bit. The first teaser/trailer for Stellar Blade showed a very different looking Eve than what was the final version. Though, with the fidelity of this SB2 trailer, I think there won't be any changes to Evie. There was an interview done with the CEO of Shift Up at SGF where this was brought up and he said Evie was designed this because they thought it was great to see someone of small stature beathing the shit out of stuff (paraphrasing).

Pretty sure the CEO mentions her design in the writeup, but probably because they don't care what goes on in your mind when you see Evie. Dunno if you ever played a KR MMO with a character creator, but they -love- making cutesy looking characters.
