That's when you know the movie can't stand on its own so they're relying on the kid / merchandise factor to play a role. They're trying to get the kids in to sell the toys.

It's pg13 because if it were R then mouth breathers everywhere would expect to see Margot Robbie naked. This is their way of saying, "nope, no boobs here."

It is but at least you have Wolf of Wall Street to fall back on if you need a hit.
