Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow (2026)

1) I'd point out that no one other than Alcock is saying this stuff. This isn't a studio press strategy, this is just Alcock shooting off her mouth.

2) The movie hasn't even come out yet, so "again" couldn't have happened yet. Note that Zegler isn't getting any major roles, and despite a years long press strategem to try to move her back to the middle, Brie Larson's not in much either.

You _can_ absolutely blame studios for cheaping out on giving these dumb kids proper media training. ("Hey, not to break reality to you, but you hyper-leftist internet echo chamber isn't our entire market. Shut the fuck up and keep your opinions to yourself to when you aren't on our payroll.")

Of all the stupid reasons she has to be running her mouth against men who are the main demographic that watches super hero movies, what percentage is from having to go through middle-school as a girl named Alcock?

We're also discounting the scenario that WB's people know this movie is unlikely to be a success, and are happy to be able to blame "Alcock's divisive press comments" in a few weeks time.

Nerdrotic, who owned a comic book store for years, said the only people buying super girl comics were nerdy guys. No queers, no lezbos. Just normal comic book fans. 100 percent of the time.
