My guess is that it doesn't affect actors much at all. Probably just producers and writers that take any heat, and it's probably mostly producers.
Headliners who run their mouths still lose their careers. Rachel Zegler is a prime example of this. Her fat mouth cost Disney a shitload of cash even before the movie was released. She will get small jobs here and there, but she is done otherwise. That's Hollywood, baby!
Milly Alcock didn't run her trap all that much, but she's stapled to a losing film in a giant way. Like Zegler, she will do bit parts from here on out and not a thing more. Even super big names go down in flames pretty quickly. Kristen Stewart, Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Watson. Lindsay Lohan, Megan Fox. Winona Ryder. Winona boat anchored her career simply by stealing lip gloss or something. Then actresses who did everything right simply vanished because no one wanted them. Emmy Rossum, anyone? Olga Kurylenko? Chloe Moretz? The list goes on and on.
Ultra hotness like Jessica Alba who couldn't act her way out of a wet, cheap napkin? Pivoted to selling nice cleaning products to young mothers. She's worth at least a billion now. I actually spoke to her on the phone once...back when she started her company. She used to work the customer service phones when she started the company. I got shorted a bottle of laundry detergent, and got her on the line. She comes across as a super sweet person, and she is.

Reese Witherspoon? Memba her? Started a production company and sold it for like...$300 million.
I mentioned Chloe Moretz a few times. She pivoted from acting to modelling weird looking clothes and slacks and socks and things. Big cash. In demand fashion model. Easy, easy cash.
Bella Thorne? Cuban kid. Lots of talent. Washed out of that and into an OF million bucks. Washed out of that to being a call girl as rumors swirl, and they swirl indeed.
Anyway, I had a point somewhere in there...or maybe not. Closer to not than not.
