My job was being automated out of existence and I'm not playing craps, bro. It's poker. It's a game of skill and the career I had before I went to college. Some might argue that's more retarded than blowing hundreds of dollars a month on weed and cigs as a poor single parent of two kids, but they'd be wrong and they probably suck at poker.
I was also fully staked by my friend who's been playing professional poker for the last decade and a half. I wasn't gambling anything.

40/hr freelance 25hrs/wk average. twobox those
30hr/serving 35hrs/week -15/hr babysitter
Replaced the serving with a third 40/hr with same type of hrs.
Best part about the hrs, is I dictate if im busy that week or not. Because AR is ambiguous. So if I need to ride the clock and create some bells and whistles just to get my paperwork in order...well looks like thats what I gotta do.
Been busy but ya I know its an excuse. Putting T in a non-alimoney position, convenient outcome.

sometimes ill do 18hrs on one of them just to be chill. Really go by how bad I pissed them off because my kids jump on me too much for me to be productive and meet some unrealistic timeline because they change their mind on something 3-4 times.

One of the better books I've ever read was called 'Dialogue With Death'. In it, the protagonist travels to the depths of hell, as a mortal man, on purpose, so as to ask the Angel of Death what advice he might have on how to live a good life.
Believe it or not, the book is loaded with advice.
Wizardhawk has had his own dialogue with death and we might very well be wise to listen to it (sometimes).
That's not to say that everything ZWH says is somehow prophetic, but it is to say that you can dialogue with death itself and come out the wiser man for having done so.

Saying she will take the kids then doesnt or tries to give them back wayyy earlier than scheduled.
Ive learned that if I get buzzed I fall asleep earlier, and if I fall asleep before 3am then I totally fucked myself on work hours or accomplishing tasks for the day to show the next.
with T tho, ya. I drank at work all the fucking time. Didnt have to buy it. Thats one of the reasons I did restaraunt work.
Take two shots(1.5oz) and you're good for the entire shift npnp
