You are rich holy shet!

I'm rich but only in casino funbucks. My emperor coins I keep getting racked me up around 1000 of the kingpin coins. I mindlessly clicked machines for hours and won 5 jackpots and still have 700 coins to go.

I don't know how many jackpot prizes there are but I got 3 of the same rodian mercenary, and 2 of the same vehicle.

Forgot to mention, they fixed the broken emperor slot machines.

The event lasts for another month right? So where do you get the emperor coins i only got the one freebie from the initial quest.

Credits seem to have inflated quite significantly although i still have a decent stash, just not going to spend it on gambling.

Just do content, and you will get Emperor coins, randomly dropped from anything, which will give you a bunch of Kingpin, when you spend them. I probably have 100+ emp coins from just doing the 5 weekly flashpoints on 5 toons, last week.

100k coins is pretty crazy, I guess some people that used your code have kept up a sub for a loooong time. If you want to exchange some things for them (and are on Satele Shan server), Ill trade you all of my "Legendary embers" for a Dark Honor Guard's Unstable Lightsaber from the cartel market. From my understanding, if you were going to min/max your toon for Master FPs and Operations, you need embers to make into Augments. I gave up on tradeskills because they were too expensive, so I just use gathering to get embers, to hopefully sell, to get the xmog items I want.

I heard this game got a big boost from Steam.

Seems like it; I started a week before the steam release, and their was less than ~ 100 Pup, and ~150 Emp on the fleet in prime time. Now there are multiple instances of both fleets. Pub flashpoint queue times seemed to improve too (Emp side didn't to have much of an issue, regardless).

I had to check which server i was actually on since it skips to character select. Looks like all my main characters ended up on Star Forge, only a level 60 and some lowbies are on Satele Shan so that's not helpful. Quite a few name conflicts with myself, also have dupes of strongholds that i really don't need and 140 item recovery things that i assume were GTN listings.

Ah, yea. I had to rename half my characters too. I didnt see anything for item recovery when I came back, but I didnt leave anything in the mail either.

As for strongholds, you want 4, filled with junk, to get a max bonus of 150% to conquest points. It's not a huge deal though, as I'm at 50% bonus and need 5 veteran Flashpoints plus a couple battlegrounds to max out.

All this talk is making me want to resub or at least play again. and I know the pain that is coming for me. I'll get into it for a bit, enjoy a story again, have a moment of financial weakness and buy shit I shouldn't, then shortly after go on break again. Same thing happened when Episode 7 hit.

For the most part I enjoyed most of what this game had to offer. Wasn't innovative in combat at all, but the class stories pre-expansion are still good and fun in the old bioware sense.

Just shows the grip Steam has on the industry. I'm sure there are so many people/kids who never even knew the game existed.

I can't really imagine launching a game, and not putting it on Steam.

If it's a MMO or subscription based game then it should have a separate unconnected launcher / account. FF14 routinely explaining why they can't have xbox versions cause of Microsoft's desire for server control and private data apply even more so to Steam.

I mean hell the EA / Origin overreaching account wasn't desirable either since your TOR 2FA didn't even apply to the origin login and such.

Because when this came out they were working on Origin being their platform.

It is good for a month or two, every few years. The later stories are decent as a force user (KotoR xpac doesn't make as much sense as a gun user, imo). I skipped past Hutt Cartel and Shadows of Reven, when I last played, so this time I ran through the story and solo Flashpoints in order, and it wasnt too bad.

Reddit post I followed for story order:

Some of the most fun I had in this game was playing with a friend early on in the game's life (not even sure an expansion was out yet) and I just went the asshole Sith Warrior route (Nothing more enjoyable than trolling Baras) and she just couldn't get over the fact the game had dark dialogue choices. Just knowing she was squirming or vocally being upset every time I chose to do something fucked up or choose the asshole dialogue options made it that much better because all she could do was the good/nice dialogue options.

Oh I know, I alpha'd SWTOR. But in current day, even EA has gotten a massive boost with returning to Steam. The environment is just almost all-encompassing. It's pretty clear there is a considerable amount of people who won't buy shit unless it's on Steam (which I find retarded, but yeah).

So I read somewhere, forget where, that it is probably a good idea to hoard all your plunderboxen and then open them once you reach gear level 306.

This was working for awhile, I'd get a new better earring or something and then all the drops would start being that same level. Then it just kind of stopped at like 278 I think? Been days of nonstop murder and all my drops are 270-274. I've got half a bank filled with those boxes. Thinking of opening a few to try to get my item level beyond what seems to be some kind of barrier.

Does that make any sense?
