Texas Says It's OK to Shoot an Escort If She Won't Have Sex With You

Legalized prostitution would have prevented this!
Possibly, although who hasn't felt like shooting a consultant at some point? Does this mean it could be legal to gun down consultants if you set the deadline at night and they don't deliver? Man, this could turn it around for IT!

Did you... did you really just use shitty logic to try and upstage normal logic? No no, tell me more, you obviously

have all the facts of the story down!

(in case you're stupid, which you are, that's me refuting your BS about "he aimed for her throat, he was trying to kill her!")

Nor do I. If you are going to blatantly scam people, expect consequences. You know why I have never been shot in the throat? Because I never fucking stole money or drugs from someone. Its pretty simple.

Ehh, it didn't, I felt like shit. I had an appendectomy three weeks ago and have been dealing with a little bit of an ear infection since the surgery. Went out Thursday to sample trout in an alpine stream at about 7000 ft. up and I guess the elevation exacerbated it. Long story short, I ended up sitting around the walk in clinic in Polson for three hours yesterday evening to get some fucking ear drops. I've got a 12 pack of Tecate sitting in the fridge though and Imma start hammering beers around 3 oclock so I can power through it tonight.

If he had just beat the shit out of her and took the money (considering she's was a prostitute she was probably pretty small this would have been no problem) would he have been found guilty?

Ok, so you're admitting he murdered her? Because she can't be legally obligated to provide sex, which means his 150 dollars wasn't stolen, which means he wasn't trying to retrieve stolen property, in which case he's just a garden variety murderer who got away because the laws in Texas are written by violent retards and the juries in Texas are populated with with violent retards.

she still had his $150, ran away with it, and got shot.

He shouldn't have given it to her. His fault, this is worse than the George Zimmerman case. At least there, he provoked the kid into making an attack on him.
His fault doesn't change the fact that the money was his.

Correct course of action would've been to stay where you are until the dispute is resolved.
she didn't.

GG.

Except it changed hands and became her's when he paid her for her time. She had no LEGAL obligation to carry out an unlawful act. She fulfilled her oral agreement when she spent her time with him.
Then the money was never hers since such product or obligation does not exist.
