Best era of music by far. We saw the death of glamour 80s hair rock, rise of hip hop golden age, rise of Seattle grunge and alternative rock, rise of true heavy metal and offsprings such as doom, death, etc... It was a wondrous decade of music.

One of my favorite metal albums of all time....

Good hip hop, not this modern shit we have now...


Rise of death metal, one of my all time favorites, RIP Chuck!

Funny that you post both of those.

Just saw Soundgarden live at Chris Cornell's next to last concert.

Then saw Tom Petty live a week or so later.

Same friend went to both concerts with me, we've been going to concerts together for decades. I turned to him before the Petty show and said "If anything happens to Tom within the next week, we're done going to concerts"

All clear, thankfully.

I'll give you Third Eye Blind as a bunch of gay shit...but not Local H. They're badass


They're one of the best live bands I've ever seen. Just insane energy from start to finish.
