Some of that might not be water ice but instead dry ice. I saw a nasa talk about that. There are what look like water features in trenches that can't be caused by water because of temperature. But because of the low gravity and Sandy conditions and relative rarity of erosive forces can be explained with dry ice instead. It was a pretty neat talk.

But that was about scree fields along trenches that visibly change yearly, not riverbeds with well formed deltas.

The only bad parts about the stream was that the quality was capped at 720p instead of the usual 1080. Was that because they were doing a simulcast with NASA?

1080p version is up on spacex youtube now, although since it's all night you still don't see all that much. People also re-stream the live version in lower quality sometimes, milking for subs or something.
