Question on PS4 heard it charges off any miniUSB but there's no indication of it charging on my wall charger. Is it not working with it or is there no indication with one?

Anyone know if there is a way to boost your mic volume on the PS4?

Waiting for them to release a fully functional headset for it but using my PC USB headset that apparently has a really low voice volume when connected to the PS4.

The color is Orange, but yeah. It'll show it if it's charging and turn off when it's fully charged.


On another note - finally went and played through all of Knack the past couple days. Enjoyed it quite a bit and on Hard it's a rather difficult game. Has a good bit of the D-Souls' die until you learn and area stuff. Tons of shit straight up one-shots and it's definitely about completely avoiding damage and knowing when to use your Super Moves to clear out a place and knowing when to save them. Took me about 12 hours on the dot to beat. Also an extra "Very Hard" difficulty unlocks after you beat it, but I'm not sure what all it changes.

You can totally cheese the difficulty if you play Multiplayer on it though since the second player is basically invincible (has health, but comes back fairly fast if they die), but it's also pretty fun playing it MP and much hilarity ensues.

This is the general opinion I am seeing repeated over and over for people who have played the game. I have seen a few people say they genuinely disliked it but the majority of opinions seem to be along the same lines. Also Sean I don't know if you know this but getting and completing gadgets is MUCH easier if you have several friends who also have the game. Each time you open a chest if a friend has also opened it you can choose to accept the part you found or any one of the parts any of your friends found. Makes for completing gadgets you want much easier.

Yeah, got a few people on my Friend's List with Knack. Posted in a gaf thread that asked for friend invites for people playing it and got a bunch there. I finished all but 2 gadgets on my playthrough. Not sure if I'll go and Platinum Knack though, have a ton of shit to play and finish right now.

Another note, anyone Gamefly ing any PS4 stuff yet? Wondering odds on getting some of the 'single play through' games like Killzone with it soon vs later.

Probably gonna restart GF anyhow for some PS3 and 3DS anyhow but curious nonetheless.

Even still, what these devs are doing is bullshit. I said it when these DLC packs started showing up. I even stated this is what it would end up doing. People laughed and bought the DLC packs. Now we see where they're going and it sucks. As usual, gamers are their own worst enemies. At this point, there is no point getting mad at the publishers.

The graphical differences between the two consoles are negligible. The only difference at the moment is Xbox's upscaling issues which can be fixed. Again, it's too early to tell which console is superior and I'm sure Xbox's popularity will rise with the release of some decent exclusives.

NonKinect exclusives will make or break the XBOne. PS4 is in a comfy spot even if its exclusives suck - not that its expected with Sony's history.

Show me all these sources that claim the PS4 is far superior. Your evaluation of these consoles is premature considering they've been out for a whole two weeks. Right now the PS4 has the upper hand because it's cheaper and its release wasn't affected by crappy demonstrations.
