Im watching this right now.
i dont usually buy conspiracy theories. hell i dont even entertain the JFK ones anymore, but this one still rustles my jimmies because im from the area and when this happened they interviewed a fucking ton of eyewitnesses who all saw an object streaking toward the plane and blowing it the fuck up. in this doc they talk to the actual initial police and investigators and they were all told to fuck off by the FBI, even the NTSB and ATF was told to bugger off. as this program progresses im getting more and more rustled.

Yeah, 3 days after this happened, a friend of mine's father, who had just retired as an E-9 in the Navy said that one of his buddies said it was definitely a missile launched from a small craft.

This one is all about the sperm whale. They actually cut him open and show off how the organs work properly. (It was obviously dead already).
This is pretty goddamn interesting me, well worth the watch. I have learned at least 10 new things about sperm whales.
awesome. didn't know that there was a new one. having already seen the other whale dissection, i thought this would be redundant -- it's not. very intriguing.

try this series. first of a few parts:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dogwek_4-1c

also another older bbc animal series:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFymQLtypEs
there was another series that was done by the same ppl who did that (i think it was from the 80s or 90s but still holds up really well)

also there human planet (another bbc doc,,, part 6 sucks and there was another weak epi among the series. awesome otherwise)

lots of other good docs from bbc/natureofthings/tedvids

I enjoyed the old school hip hop rivalries in this doc. I wish they'd stick to those old stories.

There's a new documentary out there called "The Act of Killing".
Director Ti West (the Innkeepers) was talking about it on Opie & Anthony yesterday.
It's supposed to be very emotionally powerful.
Rotten Tomatoes has it at 97%.

It's a story about murder in Indonesia, where over 1 million Chinese people were killed for being Communists.
They even had some of the real soldiers acting out what they would do to the Chinese people they were killing.

Pretty emotional film imo. If you don't want to see a bunch of people jump off to their deaths, don't watch. (sorry you freaks, nothing graphic to see)

Anyone see this yet? Looking forward to it on the assumption I won't get emotional watching it. I have loved Calvin and Hobbes since I was a little kid.

Sorry if this has already been posted but I saw this the other day. I really wasn't interested in watching it as I thought it would be some corny shit but it was far from it. A bit of science mixed in with religion. It was a very inspiring movie. A unique take on things that no one seems to be able to explain...

Sweet, I love stuff like this.

Does anyone remember the Tetris documentary that came out last year? I remember talking about it on FoH right before it crashed and burned.
