We’ve all spent far more testing out gimmicky snacks and food For Science! They were unbelievably more delicious than regular but I love crunchy shit.

This is my favorite jerky. It's the thin, dry, tough style. If you like Jack Link or the stuff that you get at the gas station it might not be for you but I love it. That soft, sugar coated stuff reminds me of a dehydrated hot dog. I like it to take some chewing personally. You can find it on amazon but it's usually more expensive than buying direct from the company.

For amazon, I'll ocassionally grab cattleman's if its on a good sale. It's decent enough at below 1$ an oz. and is another dryer style. If I want good beef jerkey I'm gonna go to buc-ee's down the street. Texas privilege.

That’s the one. You can grab it around 1$ an oz or even a little below. And it ships free. For cheap jerky it’s pretty good IMO. Better than that jack links stuff.

I remember reading some time ago that children probably need to do more chewing as they grow, and that the advent of overly processed foods and less need for chewing has borked the development of our mouths/teeth/etc.
We could all probably do with a bit more chewing, IMHO
