The cheesecake I had in Japan looked pretty but tasted closer to an omelet than cheesecake

I want to make one of those Japanese castella cakes so much. They look so damn good and the sound they make when you cut them is nuts. I just don’t trust myself to not fuck up the meringue.

Probably because it’s not some cheap Chinese shit. Anyway, I need a set of baking molds to ask for Christmas so I can make some of the shit I see on all these YouTube baking channels.

I want one of these square ones, though still counts! Also where the fuck do all these people get this parchment paper that isn’t a goddamn pain in the ass to use? All nicely foldable and not constantly curling up on you.

I was just at circle k and they had watermelon mt dew. I don't know if it's new or not. Holy fuck that was the sweetest drink I've ever had but it was good. I can't finish my polar pop so I'm going to save it for later.

It was amazing but they needed a sugar free version. I'd buy it.

Speaking of, the new Reserve Monster (White Pineapple) is fucking incredible.
