Whelp, we had both runny yolk egg and bacon on our burgers, along with some smoked gouda and red onion. Everyone loved it. We may never do burgers differently again.

What's with all these supertaster burger fags? Basically anything can be good on a burger. Cheese, lettuce, tomato, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, peanut butter, pickles, jalapenos, banana peppers, grilled pineapple, horseradish, bacon, sauerkraut, pastrami, ham, a sausage, a second burger, onion rings, fries, etc. All good toppings. It's a fucking hunk of meat between two pieces of bread. It will make pretty much anything on top of it delicious.

Pretty much. There is way too much bleedover here from the elitist cooking thread.

I'm going to Texas Roadhouse tonight, and I'm going to slam my face into a delicious full rack of ribs and as many rolls as they'll give me.

Meh. I know pretty much anything can be a good burger, I just tried something new to me, and it was even better than good. And not a whole lot more work.
