they created stranger things. the big dispute is they want to do movies for theatrical release and netflix wants stuff for netflix on day 1. its interesting they walked, says a lot about the state of the industry right now.

its not like movie theaters is a great long term bet but then again how long until netflix, hbo, disney, etc all start losing massive subs because the content is shit and the price keeps going up.

Meh, Netflix got this shit at its prime. You and I know the longer this goes the shittier it will become. Just like anything, past season 3-4 its over, lol. Spinoffs? Same thing.....reboots? Meh... Its just like any of the great franchises... Terminator, Robocop, Matrix...etc...etc.. the longer it goes the shittier it becomes.

Haunted Hotel is around a 7/10 show that went more for story than the comedy. Chuckle-level gags with a spook backdrop that sticks to episodic happenings rather than arcs.

On the flip side, Netflix started this whole streaming thing and did it because they had tons of catalogues they could offer.

You can say it's not good because Netflix is super woke, but are they really anymore moreso than the rest of Hollywood?

well WB also is a huge movie studio that puts out theatrical movies and Netflix has less than zero interest in theaters. i don't care either, but one less company making movies ain't great

second the fewer companies making stuff, the less competition and everything in the past 40 years has shown us that corporations fuck us even harder with less competition. yeah, i pirate everything but there is less and less good stuff to pirate nowadays. like 40% of my torrent downloads now seem like anime, i think i can count on 2 hands the number of movies i download a year which is kinda wild

I dont know the complete variants of the killing joke, but in one its implied the joker then rapes her via the bullet hole.

Then Batman cries about how sad he is when he actually kills the joker… and then he becomes emo and contemplates suicide - becomes evil and bad, because thats what happens when you kill a bad guy! You becomes the bad guy!! Whhaaa

The Batman that Laughs - is one.. the "released a gas" is a silly cop out as an excuse, as there always is.



To think that the rape of Barbara is completely just a made up thing, is to be disingenuous about the entire thing.

Well the author said no guys, lulz - in this case where its comics where other authors take and run with things on the common- is not absolute, nor is GIF pronounced J-IF no matter what the encoder said.

But comic people are always very protective of their sacred cows - /this stuff/ is all /happening/ from legit continuances using all the source and expended material given.

Batman, Superman and all comic people are cucks and should kill the evil bad guys straight up...but it is hard to make new bad guys every week, so that gets turned into a fake and gay moral code.
