If I am being honest, that call could have gone either way. If I were under the hood, I think I would have let that catch stand. But I completely understand why it was overturned by the rules. This is not anywhere near last weeks flag pickup. I am not looking forward to Seattle trashing us next week, but watching Dallas fans bitch about officiating, especially after last weeks game, is very entertaining.
My take away from this is that the curse of Romo is not as strong as the curse of Millen, when it comes to the playoffs.
Of course if Romo does not audible into a pass on 3rd and short late in the first half or Garret remembers he has a running game late in the second half, then this play does not even matter. This loss is on Garret and possibly Romo.
