The questionable casting choices are inconsequential to the bigger picture

Whether I disagree with them or not at least dudes like Juvaris and Trickle are consistent with their beliefs. It's funny seeing you defend this blackwashed faggotry so ardently when the rest of your posts are you larping as a hardcore conservative.

Dark Knight Rises was shit, but Tenet was great if you're not one of those "If I don't understand something then it can't possibly make sense" in denial retards.

What's crazy is this movie is the answer to all the things most of you complain about in the politics and other related threads. The unwelcome stranger breaking the limit of hospitality and the king who has forgotten who he was finally resolved through remembrance and the elevation of the son. The questionable casting choices are inconsequential to the bigger picture, but you retards will whine about that instead of celebrating what's good, true, and beautiful in the Odyssey.
Yeah, you guys should never forget the message Nolan is sending you through the Odyssey: if you come uninvited, overstay your welcome, and try to ruin or steal my home I will murder you. Sounds familiar?

Those saying Dark Knight Rises was bad, I must ask if you've watched it any time recently and not just when it came out? I went back and watched it and enjoyed it quite a bit. Especially Tom Hardy.

Tom Hardy was totally miscast as Bane. They needed a monster like the guy the real Achilles fought in the good trojan war movie.

I've watched them all somewhat recently and think Rises is still okay like I did originally (I have no complaints about Bane except some of the sound mixing, of course). But it's TDK that I've changed my views on. I don't like it as much as I did the first time. It's still good and Ledger is untarnished but the rest just didn't hold up as well. For me, Begins is the most rewatchable one now.

Does Odysseus say "Daddy's Home" in this version before the killing begins?

This may be true for this film but they won't be able to pull it off again.
Nolan was the only reason people went to go see it. Nolan won't be able to pull this off again, with similar casting choices. Also, of course Hollywood would celebrate it... it's the first "woke" movie to be "successful" in almost 2 decades.

Spiderman and Dune cast that ugly 1/4 black girl too. Seems like people will pay to go see her. Or at least won't brigade a movie she's in.

Yeah, I'm fine with 1 billion as the bet (or 1.02 is fine with me too, which to be clear is 1,020,000,000 -- did you typo that?). If you mean 1.2 billion, again, that's ridiculous, as it would be, by far, the #2 r-rated film globally of all time. The bet I wanted to make is against someone who thinks it will be a failure or underperformer, not the #2 r-rated film of all time.

The continued comparisons with Batman are still super dumb. No one ever thought it would bring in top PG-13 numbers, especially not Nolan or the executives. If they wanted that they would have forced it to be PG-13. That rating makes a monumental difference.

If rockstar made the second most successful grand strategy game of all time that made 3x its budget/marketing, it would not be a failure simply because they also made GTA6. Ratings/genre matters.

Im fine with what I put. It will obviously be somewhat successful but I doubt it has the legs to break a billion.

Laughs in Obsession

Hollywood is going to be far too busy farming YouTube creators and creepypasta to think about creating another """"Woke"""" Odyessy.

Well it took them 27 years to replicate the profitability of The Blair Witch Project, so don't hold your breath.
