I got maybe halfway through, and initial reaction is that I don't believe the guy. The guy find some docs / photos / vids on the DoD intranet and thinks he's figured the grand conspiracy out and is willing to put his life on the line for it ? (He said this himself that he could be executed for what he's doing.) It feels like Corbell really tries to steer him too in the interview, not just letting the guy tell his story. Breaking the interview into multiple parts super grifty.
The Rogan Puthoff interview is 10x more interesting. People refer to Puthoff a lot but I hadn't heard him talk too much previously - its interesting to hear his story going through many corners of conspiracy theory shit. The Why Files refers to the remote viewers all the time, and it sounds like such far out nonsense, Ingo Swan and the rest. Puthoff tells the story about how he and Standford Research Institute were the first to really investigate this stuff scientifically, to the point where the CIA became interested in it. The story Puthoff tells about 2 remotes viewers pretty much pinpointing the location of a downed Russian plane in Africa was also told by Jimmy Carter as the most unbelievable thing he witnessed during his presidency.

If this were even remotely true, the only possible action he can take is to release the information. What, are they going to kill him after he tells everyone?
