From what I understand ALCM’s can turn tight enough to do it through a city intersection. Granted they only do 550mph. They can carry conventional or nuke payload(W80,150kt)

- Radiant Technologies is developing a nuclear capable missile that uses UAP propulsion technology and will be able to hit anywhere on earth within 2minutes. It was given to them by another aerospace company and the missile is in testing but suspected to be fully operational. Apparently the gloves are off with UAP technology and there are numerous efforts to add it to the arsenal as a counter balance to hypersonics. There are deep concerns that this is so game changing that it will make nuclear war inevitable, US could strike first on any global opponent without retaliation which could mean war to prevent it's development.
