I keep a huge amount of skepticism on anything Avi Loeb says. He was recruited into the science wing of Israeli intelligence when he was 18. Who know what 3I-Atlas is but they could use it as some kind of false flag operation. I don't watch mainstream news but i seems like Avi is completely dominating the mainstream narrative and has established himself as the only expert authority on this in the nation. Whatever he says going forward is going to be gospel to whoever still believes what the mainstream media says.
For sure some kind of operation is a small possibility - Corbell and some others have insisted a psyop of "alien invasion" is coming within the next couple years, although I don't trust anything that guy says either. If it was some sort of operation its even more reason to look more closely, cause... what??? why??
As far as Loeb being recruited by the science wing of Israelli intelligence - ok, governments will try to recruit smart people. Whether he's still tied to them is a bit whatever for me - skepticism in all aspects of this whole thing is warranted. All I know is before I ever heard Loeb say a thing about this object, I came to the conclusion on my own that its trajectory alone seemed extremely improbable and various AI's confirmed that with some rough calculations. So my thing was hey, lets see what the scientists say about it -
Ever since then, he is the one scientist I've found who has been continuously taking in all the data and trying to make sense of it, in an easily accessible place. If nothing else, he's been the best source to get the latest information. He points to the published papers, where almost every paper acknowledges anomalies in their findings, often without good explanations. I haven't seen any other scientists consistently trying to make sense of all the anomalies as they come in. Loeb himself still says a natural object is more likely, but he's also trying to make sense of the data which in many cases is unprecedented. All the other scientists have just been saying "Its comet, its a comet, its a comet!" even as all these un-cometlike characteristics come in. Aside from the trajectory, here is all the weird shit happening. This is published in papers by other scientists, and Loeb is merely commenting on it:
-Highest CO2 content ratio (vs. H2O, other gases) ever observed in a comet.
-Showing nickel with almost no iron, something we have never seen in comets. This is strange because they usually occur together in nature in similar portions.
-Turning green and nobody knows why.
-Displaying almost zero non-gravitational acceleration which is unprecedented for a comet displaying this much outgassing. Either its so massive as to be hardly influenced by the outgassing, or something is carefully controlling its trajectory.
-If it is that massive (maybe the one thing the Mars observations will be able to tell us), its extremely unlikely based on what we guess about the size of most objects floating around out there.
-Still has a "tail" pointing towards the sun which is very odd. The solar wind should be pushing most of the gas away to the back of the comet.
Yes Loeb is the only one being shown by the mainstream media - and the reason is obvious. Because he's the only one saying, "Hey, maybe we should at least consider it could be aliens, at least until we completely can rule it out based on the data." That's all he's been sayiing all along. Other scientists don't have the courage to do that because even if they're thinking it, it could wreck their careers. He is established enough at this point that he's willing to take the heat that comes with simply asking the questions. And so obviously he's a more interesting subject for the media to talk to about it.
