People already knew there have been sightings by pilots and astronauts. Many photos or videos of similar events already were available.
Unless they drop some real proof in an upcoming release, IMO the issue pretty much remains at the same point. We know they know, just won't let loose of any info of real consequence.

I know this opinion will be unpopular in this thread.
So now we have another, what thousand videos showing no convincing evidence theres even an object on the video. And a bunch of letters from high school kids asking NASA to please tell us about UFOs.
Obviously the files released are not news or really worth talking about directly.
But I do think theres an important conclusion from these releases. That being, what in the actual fuck, US government. Who told you that it was allowed to just keep every fucking video with a couple weird pixels top secret classified info for like half a century?
The videos are nothing, of course, but the point is the cover up. If they're fucking lying to everyone about some shitty bad pixel videos, theyre lying about fucking everything. Theres nothing but questions about the "UFO" subject itself. But the coverup is crystal clear. Proven. Established. The proof is laid out directly by this release. The government lied about trivial, madeup, unimportant bullshit for half a fucking century and hundreds to thousands of government employees said "yup makes sense this is how it should work".
In a sane world, the government would have to jump through extraordinary hoops to keep a single record secret, while by default they'd all be released to the public. The fact that this has been going on for half a century or more just proves conclusively how long we've been living in the fake and gay of clown world.
