Yeah, when you find out how into star wars they are (were?) You just automatically think they should know plenty of other need culture things, at least, on top of other pop culture things, but they really just ONLY know movies.

While I'd like to say this was Patton, a number of youtube shows have received Emmy nominations in recent years (like Honest Trailers). Now they just need to give Ryan George (from Pitch Meetings) a writing nom and I'll consider them caught up with the times.
