Mixer found a spot just fine without any hassle - and conveniently found out today there's a rebate that it looks like I qualify for.... counting tax a $86 KitchenAid after the giftcards and counting tax? Hahahaha....

They were discounted 50% most places, cheaper than all but the low end model - I was eyeing a Pro before I saw the Artisan deal I grabbed. Think I saw them for $225? Wasn't much more than the Artisan, but I don't like the lift design - was raised with my mom having a standard design one.

This is one of the best Kitchenaid attachments for baking although quite a few companies make them.

pasta roller and cutter are great.

if you have a good food processor tho, i don't see why you'd need a meat grinder over just using that and pulsing properly.

I don't know who all these redditors are but the reason i chose that one is cuz it has maleANDa female setting, might as well wash that cooch. Who doesn't have a wife? or a SO at this point to even be thinking about a bidet.

I can't get the hot/cold version cuz it would be a pain to run the line to the hot water, so we'll see how that goes.
