I bought this 2 years ago for my wife. It was $500 back then and they're about $750 now, FYI.

Anyways, this thing is awesome. My wife makes iced coffees and I usually just do drop coffee with one shot of espresso. Both of us are coffee snobs and like fresh ground coffee, which this thing makes really easy and with no mess. My sister in law makes lattes and mochas all fucking day when she visits and is begging her husband for one for Christmas.

Havent had any issues with it in 2 years and its pretty close to maintenence free. The milk frother thing is a --little-- worse than it was when it was brand new, but thats about it.

Also, I fucking love these. I ended up buying one for work and everyone uses it. Also got a 2nd one for the kitchen that I use for all kinds of stuff like gravy or marinade. It's surprisingly powerful, but not powerfull enough to do stuff like mix eggs.
