Don't get me wrong, Lith, it seems very likely this is a false rape accusation. I just think that's clear enough without having to outright lie about the facts. I know you get giddy as a school girl whenever you find a story of a man being victimized by a woman, but try not to let your enthusiasm cloud your ability to reason.

I read the article. I read the texts the accuser wrote to the second guy she fucked. I read the texts she wrote to her friend. Nowhere did I see her mention the drunk guy was unconscious. Nowhere did I see a confession that she sexually assaulted him. Maybe this confession was somewhere else? If it was, please link it so I can see where you're getting this otherwise ridiculous narrative.

Here's what we DO know: The accused was conscious when he was flirting with the girl, he was conscious when he made out with her in front of other people, he was conscious when they went back to her room, and he was conscious when he left after his BJ. This doesn't mean it was impossible for him to pass out once they entered the apartment (and come to immediately after the fact), but the more feasible and reasonable explanation is that he was drunk, she was willing and he got his dick sucked. He could theoretically make the argument that he was raped, but we already know how hard it is to prove that he was drunk enough to not be able to give legal consent, but still lucid enough to get around on his own, be flirtatious, etc. Plus, there's the fact that he hasn't felt any inclination to claim he was raped at all. It's basically just an angle gleefully pushed by men delighted by this story.

Since you didn't present me with the link to the accuser's "confession", how can I not come to the conclusion that you misinterpreted and then lied about the story to push your favorite narrative? You read into the story what wasn't actually there because that's what you wanted to see. How is that not confirmation bias?

Do you remember the legal guide to prosecuting when someone was too drunk to consent? It's not as simple as a "Were you drunk?" check box. A case must be proven that shows the person in question was no longer able to give legal consent. Someone not remembering what happened COULD help prove that case, but not that alone. It's extremely difficult to prove, as you need to consider many factors (Did the person need help walking? Was his/her speech slurred? Etc). As I said, since the guy was able to flirt with the girl (he initiated contact), make out with her, go back to her room, leave on his own and even come back for his phone that he had forgotten, it would be difficult for him to prove he was too drunk to consent (even though he doesn't remember what happened). Not impossible, but difficult (as cases involving drunken consent usually are). But again, the dude apparently has never expressed any interest whatsoever in claiming he was raped. You seem to be the one obsessed with that angle.

I've already said that the guy in question could try to make a case that he was raped if he was so inclined (apparently he's not, so I'm not sure why you and Lith keep pushing that angle), but that it would be difficult (as it always is in "too drunk to consent" cases). Not sure what point you think you're making with your sarcasm here.
