You realize what the rockets were, right? They were the launch vehicles which transported the Apollo space craft into the trajectory needed to reach the moon. These produce about 2 kilotons of energy, and you can feel them launching miles away--there were millions of witnesses to them launching. So beyond any doubt these monsters went up into space.
When Tanoomba says he wasn't sure if the moon landing is true, that claim requires a few things IMMEDIATELY to exist. The first being that what everyone saw on TV that night was a hoax (Because there were broadcasts from the moon)...The second is that the Saturn V rockets went up in order to help create the illusion, or "fake" the moon landing.
Those two statements absolutely must be true in order for there to be no actual moon landing. (Which he claims, for a time, he doubted happened). I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're just not thinking, hence the explanation.
Again, the statement HAD TO BE FUCKING TRUE, for your other statement to be true. (That it was fake). It was pointing out what a fucking moron you were--because SO many things would have to be faked in order for there to be no moon landing, including the launching of these massive rockets for NO reason.
What you're doing here isn't even a defense--it's just delusion. But go on, explain to the board...If there was no moon landing (As you asserted in your post)...What were the Saturn V rockets doing when they launched?
If the moon landing didn't happen...then it was a hoax. The statements are inexorable facts, they don't exist without each other. By stating you don't believe in the moon landing, you're automatically stating it was a hoax (Because it was broadcast on TV, and ample evidence of it was collected).
I know you're trolling btw. I'm just collecting quotes at this point for the future, so I can rub your nose in it. You've already admitted you don't know what a SaturnV rocket was (Despite making claims about the validity of the moon landing) and that you can claim the moon landing wasn't real while not claiming it was a hoax (Should be great to link to when people need a good laugh rather than reading your idiocy.)...

lol, it is really bad. I said X was wrong, not all the facts contingent on X for their existence! It's actually a new level of delusion for Tan; I'm not sure he even achieved this with Hitman. It's pretty intriguing how far someone will go while trolling (To "Pretend" they are retarded) and/or how far humiliation will force someone to go to defend themselves.
In any case, the best part is in the age Google, where someone doubts this, not knowing what the Saturn Vs are--I mean a basic high school education should give you that knowledge of one of the most important events in human history. That fundamental ignorance may be more regulatory for me than his denial of contingent facts.

I didn't say he said anything about the Saturn Vs--rather that he thought those massive rockets went up in order to 'fake' what everyone saw that night. Which, as said, has to be true if you believe what everyone saw was fake.

Let me help you: THE ENTIRE POINT of that post you're referencing was that I DIDN'T KNOW whether the moon landing had been faked. It was that I could acknowledge my own ignorance on a topic, an ignorance that could be exploited by selectively-presented information from people with a bias, and intentionally abstain from discussion on said topic because of it. That's it. You keep trying to infer things about my ability to evaluate evidence but you're speaking out your asshole. Your inferences are shit. In fact, again, the point of that story was that I WON'T TALK ABOUT THINGS I KNOW I DON'T ENOUGH ABOUT. How you can take that simple point, which has been clarified REPEATEDLY, and twist it into "You are MAKING CLAIMS about the validity of the moon landing" absolutely boggles my mind. The trans lunar injection burns were visible to the naked eye and anybody could verify the trajectories and see that the rockets were on their way to the moon. There's lots of third-party evidence that this happened.
But Tan has his doubts! And by those doubts, he showed us that he could be swayed. LOL
If there was ever a bigger facepalm of idiocy on these boards than that moon landing post, I don't know what it is.
