I enjoyed this season even more than the 1st. 5 continues to be the highlight for me followed by Klaus. Vanya continues to generally be the worst part of the show but hopefully that has turned the corner now and there is no more doomsday Vanya.

The kid they got to play Number 5 really makes this show work. I don't know where they pulled him from, but without his totally convincing take on a old soul in a young body then this show is nothing. That goes for both seasons, too.
Also, the guy who plays Klaus is great.

My guess for season 3-
The dad sees what failures they are and chooses to go different kids. Since he didn’t meet Ben, he still chooses Ben. The Sparrow team finds out that the Umbrella team are trying to reset the original timeline and they are deemed the bad guys, even by the dad. At some point, probably Klaus (because of Ben) or Vanya (because of mute kid), defect to team sparrow, but eventually see the errors of their way.
I ultimately think the thing we haven’t seen yet, but will be revealed, is that what kicked off the end of the world was 5’s meddling prior to season 1. That 5 is pretty much the ultimate bad guy, not intentionally, but in a Butterfly Effect kind of way.

He was made aware of people with special abilities and they told him the name of their group. Grace leaves him, but we learn she was real...so that calls into question if she died and android Grace was her replacement, or did something else happen? Presumably she didnt question things until Diego planted that seed in her mind. Kennedy died in the original timeline, so it's possible that Hargraves killed the Majestic 12 in the original timeline as well.
Because he sees they are all dysfunctional and flawed, he opts out of adopting them and instead focuses on a different group. I wonder if Lila ends up being one of them, since they reveal she was one of the special born. Her power seems pretty nice, though...she can mimic any power. That would be pretty OP so long as you had a power to mimic
