Yea, lendarios is shockingly dumb but on topic. Unless we're going to police people being actually wrong, lendarios should be safe from moderation. However, that in no way means he's not completely fucking retarded.

I've held the keys to destroying the forum with mod powers for over ten years now. Don't think you can convince anyone that I would do so if given the chance.

You know that I threw a couple joke warnings out then notified you via @a_skeleton_03, if I wanted to really force you to roll up a backup you know I could've, but I would never do that.

What are you asking for? A summary of what happened?

Tuco gave a poster an infraction with no report filed by him or someone else. I chastised him for it in the group conversation for moderators. He said fuck that rule and that made it apparent he was not going to follow any of the rules in place to protect the users. I took the appropriate administrator action and removed him from power.

I posted already that he will not be replaced and I will vote his seat if that becomes necessary before elections are over.

Now to the events of today. There are three locations where we have our permissions set in order to enable our staff. They are an administrator, super moderator, and moderator. I removed him from two out of three of those areas and forgot about the super moderator location. He noticed this morning that he could warn users so instead of PMing the group and letting us now he decided to play with it. Unacceptable. I would have even been okay with that if he had sent a PM and then waited five minutes and done it as a prank.

I had three choices: shaw, temp ban, or perm ban. I chose the shaw and it will be sticking for the entire thirty days.

I agree with all of this other than refusing Tuco a chance to appeal. Put Tuco on trial and make him answer for his crimes.
