There was a video of someone doing that on reddit the other day but it turned out there was a lot of fuckery around that video, and it makes 0 sense for them to not count inactive people as viewers so not sure why they would, especially when the majority of viewers don't chat to begin with.

I mean it's something you can easily test if you go to a stream with zero views and start watching it and see the counter go up to 1, so I have confirmed even if you never type anything it at least counts you as a viewer.

Anyone who's ever watched or streamed an Everquest stream knows that the vast majority of people don't talk in Twitch. You can see a lot of the bigger streamers get first time chatter's who have been subbed to them for months, even years sometimes. A lot of people don't want to participate, they'd much rather just watch like it's TV.

I'm strongly against using shock collars in most situations with dogs. They are almost never needed, and its basically only to correct only the most retardedly stubborn dogs in off the leash situations outside, eg, I wont object to someone having one on their dog at a dog park. Having the shock collar on here is clearly abusive as fuck.
