On the one hand it's pretty fucking pathetic that even more people are trying to latch on to drama about this slut's private life. On the other hand given the persona he always played, Deku's VA reading that shit is probably hysterical.

Prosecutor's office received an official letter being asked to appeal Johnny Somali sentence.

Involved victims are angered by judge's finding that there was no significant embarrassment from sex tape.

The sentence may not comply with law-- decision to not fine him is below the minimum sentencing guideline. Judge messed up by not assessing fines for the rest of the crimes.

My issue is his sentencing being tied to embarrassment. Even if she never knew it happened at all, the fact that he did it at all is the problem as far as I’m concerned. Using her likeness, against her will, and especially in a manner to ruin her character, should absolutely be a crime. It’s not like showing Mamdami shit on America, for example, where there’s real video of the real action being performed.

So things are going south for Johnny fast. For some reason, he has appealed his sentence, which forces him to stay in a detention center that is reportedly far worse than any labor prison in Korea. The Prosecutors office and the Victims Council have each filed appeals against the weak sentence. Johnny is now stuck in detention until all appeals are settled in a new trial that will take far longer than six months to resolve.
