Well it's been a week since I emailed them my RMA # and I just sent them another email asking if they "found" my return and got nothing back. Wouldn't be surprised if they just stop contacting me.
Jokes on me I guess. Sent an envelope by USPS, got tracking this time, left the facility a week ago and never made it to the place. I will pay the extra $ and just use UPS or Fedex from now on.
