Downsides include, named don't appear to drop loot every time, mobs are clustered but you can single pull at range(all come if you body pull) respawn times are super fast so you have really keep moving. And pretty much everything movement wise feels a little janky but that could just be vanguard engine I don't remember.
You ain't raiding any time soon but yeah we are having fun.

Yes and all classes are good, healer type and anything else will work. Anything green gets heals including druid even though it isn’t listed under healers.
