Whats funny is ozempic/semaglutide made a big splash, but tirzepatide and retatrutide are more powerful and will hopefully get to more fatties. Retatrutide isn't approved yet but probably in the next year or two.
Mike's video on these 2 new drugs sounded very promising, the end of modern steroids

Just checking in because I am starting my fitness routine. Been putting it off for a long time and recent health concerns tell me it's time.

Current weight: 225 freedom pounds, 6'1", penis length 6-7" depending on activity.

Would like to lose 30 pounds.

I have a gym membership strictly for cardio and a rogue squat rack with bench in my basement, a long with 300 pounds of plates.

My plan is to do a modified 5x5 (have a bad shoulder injury) a long with cardio. Once I lose the weight I want I'll probably look more closely at putting on muscle. What's important to me is lifting is the one exercise I actually enjoy doing. Worst part is waking up several hours early to do all this (no time with kids).

No real point to this but rambling.

Why would they be the end of modern steroids? They do different things?
From what I remember, the normal steroids we hear about promote muscle growth. These new ones, restrict the hormones that restrict muscle growth.

It was a bit confusing that you quoted Cad about 2 GLP-1 drugs that have nothing to do with the 2 drugs Regeneron announced that restrict those hormones.
