Got emailed towards the end of the day when I wasn't even in the office about changing a last name, nothing urgent.
Walk past the person who sent the email literally 5 minutes after I get into work today and they stop me asking if I saw their email yesterday and then proceed to explain what they mailed me.

In this instance I happened to be walking by their office so they saw me. Even then they has access to the area where my office is.
But Jesus fucking Christ I want to scream at this person though. I don't know how they have a job.
They asked me what the direct dial number is for an extension. I gave it to them, but it included +1 at the start of it.
5 minutes later I get a message in teams saying I kid not "to many numbers n the end, is there one 7 or two?"
I tell them to take off the 1.
"1 what 7"
So I just retype the number as xxx-xxx-xxxx.
At least once a week there some retarded interaction like this. I'm honestly shocked they haven't been fired yet.

Another bitch I have is while I’m on the engineering team I’m also stuck doing operational shit for our content production team (a hell I don’t think I’ll ever be free from) and the dumbasses on that team are constantly contacting me as they make their little project plans for the year asking if a 1-2 day range of dates will work for me 6 months from now. How the fuck am I going to know if I have room in my sprint for your shit in October? I’m not a fucking seer.

Nextdoor's shit probably rustles me the most with this. They have an option to show newest first...but it's an option that fucking expires, so after 60 days you have to remember to select it again. What the actual fuck.

We finally have a fiber line from the power pole back at the edge of the property to our house. Last part is from the box at the house into my game room to set the modem. All the other parts were done by subcontractors, this part is by the company themselves. It's the same co-op that provides power to the area. Get a call today to set the appointment. I'm all jazzed as I've been looking forward to this for a while, like years since they announced the project.
They can only do one day next week and it's the same day I have to be in Las Vegas to have my ear operated on by a plastic surgeon/dermo doc (to remove a melanoma). I ask if we can do the next Monday (the 19th) and they say 'we can only schedule one day at a time, I'll have to put you on a callback list.

Nextdoor is such a disappointment. I was really looking forward to arguing with my neighbors but they always lock and delete anything that gets mildly interesting. The only reason I haven't deleted my account is because of lost pets.

If we're talking about social media sports things, is it really necessary to post "BOSTON WINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" to your social media? Or more relevant to me, "PIASTRI PULLS IT OUT!" or something that spoils the race/game that I didn't watch yet.
