My MiL is part of a rosary group that meets on the front lawn of a church in a tiny town. It's a typical thing around here, small town, Catholic church that's way nicer that it has any right to be because the locals out money into it, a dedicated group that just wants fellowship. This week the priest told them that he is banning praying outside in public on church grounds. On top of that he informed them that if the church is sold and it becomes a mosque they have no right to be upset since they worship the same God as us.
I genuinely am considering making an offer on it and just converting it to a house. Yeah, I'm pretty rustled.
