Everything you listed would have cost $250 in your driveway with a couple hours of your time. Fuck, I'd do it for free for you.
Just don't take cats to the vet. I spend tons of money on my dogs, but the cats rarely cost anything. Most of them have the decency to run away and die in the woods when they get sick.
