I do think they should do more thorough autopsies when someone dies suddenly from pneumonia at a young age.
There are still question marks surrounding Brittany Murphy's death for similar reasons. Every pneumonia cause of death feels like a partial answer without investigating the contributing factors, but I guess it really can suddenly just end in one big attack when someone has been just feeling "unwell" for a while.
And then her husband Simon Monjack's death a few months later. Phoned in "pneumonia heart attack" cause of death, with no consideration for aggravating factors given Brittany had just died months earlier from the same condition. Often seems like you are only getting half an answer.
