"a passerby called 911 after finding Satterley slumped over and unresponsive in a rental car in the parking lot of a Cava restaurant in Des Plaines, Illinois. Satterley was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics at the age of 40. The following day, a spokesperson for Des Plaines confirmed that there were no signs of foul play or trauma and Satterley's death "didn't appear suspicious", with the official cause of death pending autopsy results."

So many wrestlers end up having heart attacks from years of steroid use. They all die early. It's just a thing. He at least hit 40, so I guess he was doing a better job of the abuse. However, to die only a month into his 40's sucks.

Eddie Guerrero died at 38 causing the creation of the wellness program, where wrestlers are randomly tested for steroids and recreational drugs. It's gotten a little better at least with WWE.
