Probably the recently announced "other playable character"
Ubisoft was right, it does take months to add a playable female character not 1 day like some tards insisted.

There were rumors on the neogaf that the actual game was in pretty bad shape and they over promised on what they could deliver. Getting a bit suspicious that we have yet to see any live demos of the game on any media outside official edited clips.

As long as you don't feel the need to play it right away, they will fix it eventually, maybe even release an EE. I wouldn't be too worried.

4GB Ram people are out of luck, but that really shouldn't be surprising considering how advanced the game engine looks in previews.

If it's anything like Witcher 2 they'll have ridiculous options at the top. They had some kind of post-processing filter that arguably improved visual quality and halved fps.

Your processor is fine. i7 vs i5 doesn't make any significant - if any - difference in games.

And save up your spare change for a GTX 970. They are a ridiculous bang-for-the-buck right now and should play Witcher 3 just fine.
