Woman who was getting her box munched on in public now claiming rape

I'm not up to date at all on this post, but I do know that you can be charged for rape if the girl even thinks "no". Their was a case years ago where a guy was arrested after perfectly consensual sex with a girl when weeks later, after someone else found out they had sex and tried to blackmail her into blowing him to keep the secret, she cried rape.

Yes she was a willing participant at the time, but they ruled that she didn't say no because she was "too scared" to do so. Our legal system is a sham in a lot of cases like this.
