This is prob the move.

Are there recommended aftermarket roof rack system brands?

Seems to be a lot of DiY type stuff modified with a standard roof rack. I didn't look that hard.

Making a table, this time for an RV. It'll be 18in×30in×1in. I'm doing a 16x28 honey locust map of the county, then trimming it with 1in x 1in walnut. I was originally going to do it in walnut, but I didn't have a plank big enough.

This county is very mountainous to the east and flat to the west, so the normal 3d map or contour thing i do wasn't working very well for it. I set up a custom elevation shader that I'm hoping turns out well as an inlay.

I need a truck. I always need stuff for the shop. I always need plywood sheets, and long ass cuts from mills. Woodworking things. I've been really draggnig my heels getting one, mostly because I love my Honda Civic and it just.doesn't.fucking.die.

I thought about doing this, and I understand the concerns with using a Civic for this:

Get a hitch installed. Build a lightweight, well balance little trailer - all i'd use it for is stuff more more than say 300 lbs TOPS. With a teeny trailer I doubt it would be more than 500 lbs total. If I used this maybe once every couple weeks driving maybe 20 miles total, do you think I'd be COMPLETELY fucking my frame/transmission? I _FEEL_ like it wouldn't be a huge deal. blah.

Thoughts? Ugh.
It's what prompted me to buy my Ridgeline when I sold my M2. Don't really need towing, but I wanted something I could pick up lumber and other shop crap.
