Makes me have high hopes for the movie, thats for sure. Not that the same people or companies are doing them, but just the over all quality that Blizzard demands of this type of media.Fuck, they can seriously make some great CGI cinematics.
--- The only reason people bitch about having too many difficulties is because LFR, Flex and Normal/Heroic all have separate lock outs. If you recall starting on normal with your character, you were likely still clearing all of flex and maybe one or two wings of LFR. Add in the fact that each of these wings are at least an hour to three and then however much time your guild spent hammering against whatever boss you were having problems with in Normal and that time quickly adds up. Its not mandatory that you do each wing that holds an upgrade for you, but you feel like you have to. Especially if you're in a guild and you dont want to be wearing some 496 gear when you could be wearing LFR's 528. I had a piece of 496 gear last me well into my 540's and I only ever spent VP on upgrading Normal gear.
I frankly didnt care cause I was single at the time - but I feel like people would rather just have one shot at getting an upgrade and call it a week. Or maybe concentrate on working against bosses in Normal and not throwing yourself into a hamster wheel for two difficulties to reach content that is even remotely challenging. Its said over and over that a good player wont spend that long in the lower difficulties, but it really has nothing to do with your skill. I believe its all based on your RNG luck. If you're a good player, congrats, you can do a couple more bosses in a higher difficulty. But you're still limited by your shit gear and if you arent getting upgrades then your ass isnt going anywhere.
If anything, give your higher skilled players the opportunity to short cut the difficulties they find trivial some kind of way. The way Challenge Modes are being used in WoD is a start in the right direction.
