I think it's less the idea of being hit on, it's more the idea of being touched sexually without consent, decline an advance and have to spend your entire career at an office with your boss having a massive boner constantly because you exist and are of a specific gender.

Good point. A lot of times the Plantiff's side will add a lot of of "extra" to complaints to make it seem much more major than it might be in reality, or they might only focus on a single party vs. context.

I hung out with Alex at his house after multiple BlizzCons and this story is completely inconsistent with what I saw. The guy would head straight home after a long day of bullshit at the convention. He would barbecue, play with his dogs, and have MAYBE 2 beers before going to sleep. We got shitcanned, not him. Sean was there too, would love to see what he says about this shit but last I heard he was kicked of Resetera for being too extreme.

It is a lot different for women, and then the other set of power dynamics at play with him being a high up at the company. Work simply isn't the place to get the flirt on. That he was well known for it and not sanctioned in any manner makes those power dynamics even worse.
