It's fucking ridiculous. This moron was probably 4 years old when the game came out. And the word salad and claw hands. Just in the first part alone: "It's like, it's what you remember it looking like, but it actually looks like that now" What the flying fuck does that even mean.
There was a time when Blizzard would put people through a pretty intense hiring process and interview process - asking of their favorite games, why they loved them, what they would do different, what ideas they had, why they disliked them, what could the industry approve upon, etc - and they made epic shit

It really is amazing.
When you listen to her talk she talks about the game in a way no one will see it. No one is zooming in to see something on the ground or how a murloc walks - they are pissed they need to kill 40 murlocs to get 7 murloc Gills and are frustrated as fuck with a low quest drop rate because it is getting monotonous and aggravating as shit. And if anyone wanted to know how to blow cash? Hire people like this.
Don't get me wrong, I love it when real thought is put into the atmosphere of a game and costs money, people may not see it, but it is done anyway. Key point: Bioshock Infinite.
Here is an example of Ken Levine hiring a barbershop quartet, licensing a song, animation and design, in the beginning of when you start the game and are introduced to the world. This I support because while some may blow past it, a lot of people didn't to the point it became what a lot of people talked about when it came to world building. This also cost less (inflation included) than this thing:
Who thinks spending money and time across not only the art assets, but animation and world tools on geology and the way a Murloc trips, creates world building immersion and players will be floored by how the murloc walks - bringing them closer to the Warcraft universe. There is ZERO talent here. Zero common sense for the game she is involved in, and, apparently not knowing 99.9999% of players are zoomed out and want interactivity, not some dumb ass rock formation or animation for a walking fish - which doesn't bring anyone any closer to the Warcraft Universe anyway. She is far detached from the people that play this game, the world itself, doesn't care for the betterment of the company she works for, the game improvements, and literally sounds like Kamala Harris started working for Blizzard. She has one interest - herself. And that is not what Blizzard hired back in the day. She is using the horde as a concept of misfits because "I am one too". What? No game developer worth a shit would hire people like this but here we are, and this type of thing has infiltrated everywhere.
Now multiply this by thousands of people across hundreds of development companies and then ask why game development budgets have skyrocketed with very little return not only in game mechanics and fun/advancement of a genre, but complete revenue decline for existing popular IP's which then crashes businesses and starts to tank an entire industry.
