Turtle WoW had the worst community for this.

I decided to be a masochist and do the worst possible combo of optional leveling challenges:

1) You can only equip white gear
2) Perma PvP flagged

I had a 60 warlock /friend me just to see what zone I was in and perma camp me. Got a level cap guildy druid to help me out and gank him, he brought 3 more from the guild...to camp a level 20. That to me is the PvP community in a nutshell.

If you get camped as a lowbie, it's usually because either:
  • you attacked an alt
  • they attacked you first, died, and got embarrassed
  • they have low testosterone and can't handle max level pvp
Most lowbie gankers are 2 & 3.

High test PvPers focus on where the real misery is and that's antagonizing the PvE raiders who thought it was a good idea to roll on a PvP server.

I tried warmode on Turtle once. The orc starting area had a level 10 twink in some gooner bunny costume with 1500hp and dual fiery weapons just killing anyone that turned warmode on instantly. I tried few more times over the next few days and he was still there every single time.

I don't think people have really internalized what a forever level 60 WoW server really means. All the 'horizontal' progression on PVP servers is going to be setting up the most efficient way to farm grey cons.

I'm simply tired of PvE abilities and gameplay getting nerfed over and over because whiny, tryhard PeeVeePee players scream about BaLaNcE and then continue to suck absolute fucking rancid ass no matter what slop you shove in their face. And then they fuck off to the next game to ruin and leave the bland slop wreckage behind them.

Its like all the bitching online this week about Racials, as if any of the 1% bonuses mean fuck all once people hit max level and gear. Yet, its all going to get slashed just so the pissbabies can continue to suck and fail, all for nothing while everyone else gets screwed.

Been dealing with this shit since the days of Guild Wars 1 and its never fucking ends. PvP needs to be its own separate game mode, with its own separate rule set and the retards can get segregated into their own little bubble with their max 3 button abilities ( Because anything more than that is too complicated ) and they can play fight until the heat death of the universe and leave the rest of us alone.

World PvP is the original PvP, they added battlegrounds & arenas after.

Its just tired for MMO specifically. It was never a genre where your skill in the game meant you could win or lose PVP. It was almost entirely gear and your time spent progressing. Certain classes like Rogue have a good PVE toolkit that is also perfectly suited to ganking. Which most people are unprepared for.

If you want to test your skill there are actual skill based games out there now like DOTA2 or League of Legends that are entirely skill based. People who PvP in MMOs don't want skill based, they want prey.

Go full prot sword and board you will never die. I'm level 30 undead and with the undead racial you can do some stupid shit. Once you get shield block at 14 get a fast 1h and shit just falls over.

This is one of the major downsides of beta locked at 30.

People are fucking retarded and can't think past a couple minutes and only think of the immediate now. The 100k pvp tournament just makes shit worse.

Like the amount of people crying about how something is OP or underpowered is nuts like retards complaining about how OP BM hunters are, BM is always strong at low levels.

But pvpers bitching about how something needs nerfed always happens.

I know it wouldn't be classic but fuck have skills have different ratios for PvE and PvP.
